Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the IoT Operations & Service team across all products and projects.
  • Build and develop the service team and establish effective SOPs, processes and workflows.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, timely ticket closure and effective management of client escalations.
  • Manage remote and field support teams for various projects across India.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Analyse support tickets, service logs, issue reports and repair data to identify recurring issues and improve service operations.
  • Drive innovative and modern customer service practices to improve customer experience, service efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical.
  • 7–12 years of experience in remote support, service or commissioning for IoT/automation systems.
  • Understanding of electronics products.
  • Previous experience leading a team of 10+ members will be an added advantage.
