Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and analyse system specifications to understand requirements and expected functionality.
- Collaborate with Developers to develop effective testing strategies and comprehensive test plans.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring accurate results.
- Evaluate product code and functionalities to verify compliance with specifications.
- Create detailed logs to document test phases, results, and identified defects.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams with clarity and actionable detail.
- Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and project management.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks; experience in regression testing is a plus.
- Ability to document test procedures and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a relevant domain.
