Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams to process orders accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Support sales planning, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales coordination.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in sales coordination, preferably in an electronics company.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and persuasion skills
  • Strong ability to work independently, including the ability to multitask, prioritise competing tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Good computer skills, including the use of email and office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and open to adapting to change.
