Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT, Non-IT, and technical positions
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Handle offer roll-outs, follow-ups, and joining formalities
  • Support onboarding and basic HR coordination as required

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
