Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT, Non-IT, and technical positions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Handle offer roll-outs, follow-ups, and joining formalities
- Support onboarding and basic HR coordination as required
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
